New, street-level ticket access for patrons - increased marketing presence and upgraded patron experience

Two beautiful conference rooms, in addition to space for full Erie Phil BOD meetings on Floor 5

Second floor space for Ops, music library, copier, intern space - our main copier would replace this lovely couch - this would serve as the copy room we currently have on our 3rd floor

Office for music librarian (space we don’t have right now) as well as legal filing system that houses our entire music library perfectly with 1/8 of the footprint

First and second floor offices - all upgrades over what we currently have in terms of space, finishes, new windows, built-ins, etc.

Office has 3 bathrooms, including one with a shower, as well as much needed copy center for the first floor

Basement: The basement has nearly three times the usable storage of Meiser and is dry (all attorneys storing paper files down there). Shelving being left behind is immensely helpful for what we need. Additionally, there is vital instrument storage space directly next to an easy access double-wide stair case and loading door into back parking lot. This is a game-changer for loading out for performances, events and summer concerts.

6th floor storage: Extra storage on 6th floor space, the size of three current offices. In addition to the extra storage throughout floors 1 and 2, this is critical and much needed long-term storage that is dry and out of the way.
