Mac n’ Cheese Fest cancelled

Due to the current situation in the community and across the country, the Erie Philharmonic has made the difficult decision to cancel Mac n’ Cheese Fest that was originally schedule for April 19.

Ticketholders for this event have two options regarding your tickets.

Contact the box office at 814.455.1375 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) or info@eriephil.org to turn the value of your tickets into a tax-deductible donation to the Erie Philharmonic. If you are able, we ask that you help us continue to impact lives through our music and educational outreach, and assist us in safeguarding the future of the orchestra, by considering donating your tickets. This is invaluable to the long-term financial health of the Philharmonic in these unprecedented times.
Any tickets not requested to be refunded as of June 1 will be considered turned back tickets and converted into donations.

We are very disappointed to have to cancel this fun (and delicious) event, but we are committed to ensuring that our patrons, volunteers, restaurant employees, and staff are safe.

Once our community is ready for people to be seated in restaurants again, we hope you will all considering doing your own ‘tour’ of our participating restaurants, shown below, and trying their amazing macaroni and cheese recipes!

From our amazing restaurants and vendors to everyone who purchased a ticket, we are blown away by the growth this event has witnessed in the last 4 years, and we thank you. We honestly never expected this (1500 people…wow!!) and we are humbled beyond belief.

Next year will be better than ever, and we’re already working with our dedicated restaurants on how to fine-tune the event experience, including two different sessions and punchcards along with a more streamlined line system. Just wait until you see what we have planned!

All funds raised from this event allow us to continually reinvest in our educational outreach programming, which includes free youth concerts, preschool residencies, piano donations, instrumental petting zoos, virtual reality visits and more. Click here to view all of our outreach activities.
