Event Timeline

  • 6pm-7pm Cocktail hour with open bar and hors d’oeuvres

  • 7pm-9pm Dinner and concert, including salad and entrée courses along with a full Erie Philharmonic pops concert

  • 9pm-10pm Dessert and coffee cordials with Maestro Daniel Meyer and the musicians of the Erie Philharmonic

  • Prosciutto Caprese Chicken
    Pan seared chicken breast, lightly seasoned with Italian blend, topped with fresh mozzarella cheese and succulent Roma tomatoes then garnished with fried crisp prosciutto ham and fresh chiffonade basil, served with baby carrots and angel hair pasta

  • Bistro Filet
    5 oz. bistro filet wrapped in bacon, cooked to medium rare and drizzled with a wild mushroom demi-glaze, served with parsley red skin potatoes and roasted haricots vert green beans

  • Quinoa Stuffed Bell Pepper
    Fresh bell peppers stuffed with quinoa, black beans, flame roasted corn, and pepper jack cheese, served with chipotle pomodoro, basmati rice, brussel sprouts and butternut squash

Feel Like You’re In Peru For A Night

Explore the wonders of Peruvian cuisine right here in Erie! Six guests will enjoy this gastronomic expedition hosted by Tom and Mili Hanes. They invite you to their home to experience delectable Peruvian dishes, prepared authentically by Mili and you! Born and raised in Peru, Mili will add to the wow-factor of this meal by teaching you to make Estofado de Pollo, a traditional home-cooked dish, a favorite of any Peruvian family! Popular Latin band Mambo will accompany both the lesson and dinner with current Latin hits.

Cocktails at 6

Eat, drink, and be merry in an evening of revelry designed with you in mind! Hosted by Rob and Darren Taylor of “Cocktails at Six” fame, this event is all-inclusive. Rob and Darren will travel to your home, hosting up to eight people for a themed cocktail party of your choosing. Your Saturday evening comes complete with an assortment of hors d'oeuvres, signature cocktails, and celebrity bartenders Noel Burgoyne and Lisa Graff. Erie Philharmonic Concertmaster Ken Johnston provides the “olive in the martini” to make this a perfect mix-and-mingle experience for you and your friends!
